The 2021 America the Beautiful 5 Ounce Silver Bullion Coins may only consist of one strike as that coin will fulfill the original Congressional requirement for a total of fifty-six to be created in the series. However, the authorizing law also made allowances for the silver bullion program to be extended for a second complete run which would continue immediately following the end of the first in 2021.
In order for the US Mint’s America the Beautiful Silver Bullion Coin™ Program to be extended, the Secretary of the Treasury must exercise the option afforded to that person in the law that authorized the five ounce .999 fine silver bullion coins – Public Law 110-456 (America’s Beautiful National Parks Quarter Dollar Coin Act of 2008). To do this, the Secretary must inform Congress of that decision no later than "before the end of the 9-year period beginning when the first (coin) is issued," according to the text of the legislation.
Since the original series began in 2010, this would mean the Treasury Secretary must choose to extend the program by 2018 and submit a written report stating such to the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate. Assuming Congress does not over-ride the decision, then the first four strikes of the second run would also appear in 2021 along with the last strike of the original series.
Just like the original program, the second run-through would be required to all feature sites of national interest on their reverse. The chosen sites would need to include one from every state as well as the District of Columbia and the five US Territories for a total again of fifty-six.
In addition to these silver bullion coins, the US Mint may also continue its series of collector grade strikes created to resemble the investment grade coins known as the 2021 5 Ounce Silver Uncirculated Coins.

2021 Tuskegee Airmen 5 Ounce Silver Bullion Coins
The 2021 Tuskegee Airmen Silver Coins may well mark the last of the US Mint’s America the Beautiful 5 Ounce Silver Bullion Coin Program as it completes the original fifty-six strikes required by Congress in the legislation which authorized them. This strike will honor the Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site of Alabama with a reverse design emblematic of the location.
Congress authorized the historic site on November 6, 1998 to commemorate the contributions of African American airmen during World War II.

These America the Beautiful 5 oz Silver Bullion Coins will not be sold directly to the public by the US Mint. Instead, the Mint uses a network of authorized purchasers for all of its bullion strikes which obtains the coins in bulk, then resells them in smaller lots to local coin and precious metal dealers for a small premium above the current spot price of the silver contained within them.
